Rental Policy
Payments, Fees, and Security Deposits
- Deposit: Secure your date and time with a 50% deposit of the total rental cost plus $300 security deposit .
- Payment: Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Failure to pay may result in event cancellation.
- Security Deposit: $300 is due at time of booking and refundable 2 days after event
- Production Fee: A production fee, ranging from 3-5% of the room rental, covers room setup and preparation, as well as post-event cleanup and sanitization.
- Late Fees: A fee of $50 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the scheduled end time, starting 15 minutes after the event was due to conclude.
- Cleaning Fee: A $150 fee will be imposed if the space is not returned to its original state, including removal of all trash, food, and décor. This will be subtracted from the security deposit.
- Holiday Rate: An additional fee of $150 is applied on major holidays, with a $300 surcharge on New Year’s Eve.

Cancellation, Schedule Changes, and Refunds
- Cancellation: Must be submitted in writing one week in advance . No refunds will be issued. If no one from the rental party arrives there will be no refunds. Late starts must still adhere to the original end time.
- Schedule Change: Requests must be submitted in writing 2 weeks in advance in order to receive a schedule change without penalties. However! there will be no refunds are subject to availability, and applicable within 90 Days of the original date. A $75 100 fee applies, and changes beyond 90 Days require a new deposit.
- Rental Extensions: Additional hours can be added for $125 per hour until the final payment, subject to availability. Day-of extensions cost $150 per hour and must be settled immediately via Zelle to 682-772-9997
- Refunds: No Refunds; No exceptions
- Rental Includes:
- Setup, event, and cleanup time.
- Up to 8 tables and 50 chairs.
- Plastic table covers.
- Bluetooth speaker.

Other Information
What is Not Permitted?
- No open flames, smoking, or vaping inside of the venue.
- No use of nails, screws, or duct tape on walls or floors.
What is permitted ?
- Approved items for décor hanging provided by the venue; please coordinate with staff for assistance.
Trash
- All trash must be removed from the premises to the designated receptacles.
Damages
- Any damages will be Deducted from Security Deposit accordingly.
Our policies aim to ensure a clean and safe environment for both your celebration and all guests.
At Celebration Station Events, we establish the venue, and you provide the refreshments and sweet treats.
Rental Time includes 30-minutes to setup, A 2-hour event, 1-hour cleanup
